1　What we collect

Through the form: the kind of enquiry, timing, budget and amount, the project description, company or organisation, name, email address, and how you heard about us.

2　What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal and quote, and to contact you about work you commission. We use it for nothing else.

3　Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it. If we need to pass details to a partner for a shoot or a print job, we will tell you first.

4　Sorting and storage

Messages that look like sales approaches or automated submissions are sorted automatically. We do not forward them by email. They are kept for up to 90 days in a place on the server that cannot be read from the web. Messages that could not be emailed to us are kept in the same place, so that no enquiry is lost. We check them in that time and reply to any real enquiry. After 90 days they are deleted.

5　Counting enquiries

To know how many enquiries we receive, we record only the date, the kind of enquiry, how the sender heard about us, the language, the page the sender came from, and the result of the sorting with its score. Names, email addresses and messages are not recorded, so no one can be identified from it.

6　Preventing repeated submissions

To stop the same source sending many messages in a short time, we convert the IP address into a form that cannot be reversed and keep it for up to one day. The IP address itself is not stored.

7　External services

Films on this site are loaded from YouTube only when you press play. Google may then collect information, under Google's privacy policy.

8　Access, correction and deletion

If you ask to see, correct, stop the use of or delete your personal information, we will confirm that the request is yours and act promptly. Please ask through the enquiry form, or at the address below.

9　Changes

We may change this policy when the law changes. We will say so on this page.
