お問合せからお届けまで
1. お問合せ
ご質問やお見積は、お問合せフォームよりどうぞお気軽にお問合せください。
2. お見積もり
お伺いした内容をもとに、当社よりお電話やメールにて、お見積をご提案いたします。
3. ご契約・お打合せ
ご契約後、ウェブ会議または電話、対面打合せにてヒアリングを行います。制作へのご要望をお伺いしながら課題と強みを探ります。
4. 企画・構成案
取材または資料をもとに全体構成をご提案します。制作時にご検討いただくポイントを説明いたします。
5. デザイン案
構成案に基づきデザイン案を制作いたします。デザインの方向性を確認し、撮影時の必要なカットを確認します。
6. 撮影
撮影当日は、ご担当者様に同行していただき確認を取りながら進行できますようお願いいたします。
7. 修正
ウェブ会議または電話、対面打合せにて修正作業を行います。細部へのデザイン調整を行い、制作物に磨きをかけます。
8. ご校了
クライアント様より内容についてすべてご了承いただいた後、印刷工程に進みます。ご担当者様の作業はこちらで完了となります。
9. 印刷加工
制作物により特殊加工もご提案いたします。品質管理にこだわりを持った協力会社で印刷いたします。
10. 納品
印刷終了後、ご要望の納品形態、納期、納品場所へ制作物をお届けいたします。
From Inquiry to Delivery
1. Contact Us
If you have any questions or need a quote, please feel free to contact us using the inquiry form.
2. Estimate
Based on the information you have provided, we will provide you with a quotation by phone or e-mail.
3. Contract and meeting
After signing the contract, we will hold a hearing via web conference, telephone, or face-to-face meeting. We will listen to your requests for production and explore your issues and strengths.
4. Planning and composition plan
We will propose the overall structure based on the interviews and materials. We will explain the points to be considered during production.
5. Design proposal
Based on the proposed structure, we will create a design proposal. We will confirm the direction of the design and confirm the necessary cuts for the shooting.
6. Shooting
On the day of the shooting, we ask that the person in charge accompany us so that we can proceed with confirmation.
7. Revisions
Revisions will be made via web conference, phone call, or face-to-face meeting. We will adjust the design in detail and refine the product.
8. Proofreading
After the client approves all the contents, we proceed to the printing process. This is the end of the work for the person in charge.
9. Printing process
Depending on the product, we can propose special processing. Printing is done at a partner company that is committed to quality control.
10. Delivery
After printing is completed, we will deliver the product to your requested delivery format, delivery date, and delivery location.
