Lions Clubs International is the world’s largest service club organization, with more than 48,000 clubs and 1.42 million members serving in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world. Currently, District 333C has about 3,000 members, mainly in Chiba Prefecture. Our activity policy is to support and promote “Children’s Cafeterias” from the perspective of poverty alleviation and sound youth development. We thought that even if people have heard the term “children’s cafeteria,” not many of them have a clear picture of what kind of activities they are doing. Therefore, we recorded the actual children, the people involved in the support activities, and the voices of the people in the field, and presented them on video. We were determined to record the actual footage as a documentary without any fake footage. I hope that the bond between Lions club members will be deepened beyond the framework of clubs and regions through various activities this term.
